The Master Contol Panel contains the Micro Processor that contols the system and turns fans and heaters on and off, based on grain and weather conditions.

The DC-1 Sensor Controller contains the Micro Processor that controls the Moisture and Temperature Sensors and collects data from those sensors.

The DC-2 P/WS Controller contains the Micro Processor that controls the Plenum Sensor and Weather Station and collects data from those items.

The Plenum Sensor is inserted into the Plenum under the drying floor.  It collects data on the air temperature and pressure within the plenum.  This data is transmitted  to the DC-2.

The Weather Station is mounted outside the grain bin where it monitors outside air and humidity conditions.  This data is transmitted to the DC-2.

The Communication Assembly contains the Cell Phone Modem, SIM Card, Local Radio and Micro Processor that controls these items.  An antenna is mounted on the bin and connected to the COM Assembly.

Temperature Cables are available in various lengths, depending on the height of the bin.  These cables contain Temperature sensors placed every 4 ft. along the cable.  These cables monitor for "Hot Spots" and Grain Temperature.

Moisture Cables are available in various lengths, depending on the height of the bin.  These cables contain Moisture sensors placed every 4 ft. along the cable.  The system utilizes one cable per bin, which monitors the Equilibrium Moisture Content of the grain within the bin.
