Instructions for completing quote form
BinManager is a high-tech system that monitors the conditions of the grain inside your bin and controls the drying fans based on those conditions. The system is based on Moisture & Temperature Cables that hang from the roof of the bin into the grain mass.
In order to quote a price on your grain bins, we need to know some very specific information about those bins. The Quote Form is designed to provide us with that information.
Your name, email address and total number of bins on the farm are the only required fields on this form, however, the purpose of the form is to gather information about your bins in order to determine a price for the system. The cables are custom made for your bin, so accruate information about the size of the bin is critical. In addition to Diameter and Height of bin, the roof pitch is also an important factor in determining the number and length of cables required.

Grain Bin Information:
If you don't know some of the information requested by us, it's OK to use estimates or leave some items blank. You will be able to get a "Ballpark" idea of what the system costs.
Diameter: Enter the diameter, in feet, of your bin as a numeric value - i.e. 40.
Number of Rings Tall: Count the number of rings on your bin and enter as a numeric value - i.e. 6. (We will calculate the bin height based on the number of rings and the width of the rings.)
Narrow or Wide: This refers to the width of the rings. Standard widths are 32" and 43". Select one of these values in the drop-down box.
Roof Pitch: The pitch of the roof is critical in determining the proper length of cables. Click on the drop-down for some standard degrees of roof pitch. If you are not sure, it's okay to enter an approximate value for the quote, however, we will need to make sure of the actual roof pitch if an order is placed.
Drying Floor: Click on the drop-down and indicate Yes or No as to whether you have a drying floor in the bin.
Spreader: Click on the drop-down and indicate Yes or No as to whether you have a spreader in the bin.
Vents: Click on the drop-down and indicate Yes or No as to whether your bin is vented.
Number of Fans: Click on the drop-down and select the number of fans that you have on the bin, or enter "None" if you don't have fans.
Fan horsepower: Enter the amount of horsepower that your fan has, as a numeric value - i.e. 5.
Heaters: Click on the drop-down and indicate Yes or No as to whether you have any heaters on your fans.
Number of Bins: If you have multiple bins that are the same, you can enter the number here and we will know that the above parameters apply to that number of bins.
