Product Warranty

C2Ag warrants its Products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal application, installation, use and service conditions for a period of twelve (12) months after the date of original installation. C2Ag will, at its sole option, upon its determination that the product is defective, repair or replace the product using new or refurbished parts. For the purposes of this Limited Warranty, “refurbished” means a product or part that has been returned to its original specifications.

EXCLUSIONS: This Limited Warranty applies only to the original purchaser and only covers product issues caused by defects in material or workmanship during ordinary use. This Limited Warranty does not cover damage due to acts of God, accident, misuse, abuse, negligence, improper wiring, or purchaser’s modification of, or to any part of the system.

LIMITATION ON DAMAGES: C2Ag AND ITS DEALERS' RESPONSIBILITY UNDER THIS, OR ANY OTHER WARRANTY, IMPLIED OR EXPRESS, IS LIMITED TO REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT, AS SET FORTH ABOVE. THESE REMEDIES ARE THE SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDIES FOR ANY BREACH OF WARRANTY. C2Ag AND ITS DEALERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOST PROFITS, INCIDENTAL DAMAGE, OR OTHER ECONOMIC OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THE USE, OR INABILITY TO USE THIS PRODUCT. THE WARRANTY AND REMEDIES AS SET FORTH HEREIN ARE EXCLUSIVE AND IN LIEU OF ALL OTHERS, ORAL OR WRITTEN, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

DURATION OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES: EXCEPT TO THE EXTENT PROHIBITED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE ON THIS PRODUCT IS LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE DURATION OF THIS WARRANTY.

Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, or allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other rights which vary from state to state.
